A name or place entered into a search box is transmitted to the independent provider operating that tool. Bryan County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms control its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact message may be retained long enough to review and answer it. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.

Ordinary server, analytics, and advertising systems may receive technical details when a page loads.

Browser controls can also limit cookies. Requests concerning records held by the sheriff, ODOC, a court, or a search provider must go to that separate custodian.

This notice may be revised as site practices, providers, or legal duties change. A revised version takes effect when posted with its updated effective date.
